Website building and support for Golazo Sports
Golazo Sports is an international organization that aims to get people involved in sports and help them enjoy sports. Over the years, Novaware has been responsible for the implementation and support of all (45+) websites.
Golazo
This event attracts one million visitors annually. Golazo is all about passion and emotion, autonomy and craftsmanship. The goal of Golazo is to create added value within the sports, media, and entertainment industry.
Golazo organizes various sporting events, the most well-known of which is the Rotterdam Marathon. In addition, the company organizes running races such as the CPC Loop in The Hague, several ladies' runs, the Vredesloop in The Hague, and the Urban Trails. But it's not just running; cycling events are also organized, such as the Gerrie Knetemann Classic and the Klimclassic.
A single platform for all events
Novaware is responsible for the implementation and support of all websites. We use the Umbraco content management system, which enables Golazo to manage all its events from a single system.
Hosting for 900,000 visitors
Events such as the Rotterdam Marathon, which attract hundreds of thousands of visitors annually, require fast and stable hosting. We also support Golazo in this area. By constantly monitoring visitor numbers on the different websites, we can respond to the needs of the moment.
