At Novaware, we use our Concept Sprint for this. This process is based on principles from the Design Thinking methodology. During the Concept Sprint, we and our client immerse ourselves in the target audience's perspective and explore everything needed to solve their problems. At the same time, we link this to the organization's objectives to create an overall concept.
